“Lets Build a Community — Guided by Kindness, Grounded in Respect, United by Hope."

“The I Found Tiny Jesus movement is built on kindness, respect, and shared hope. These community guidelines are here to help ensure that every story is honored and every voice is treated with dignity. We believe that when we interact with one another in a spirit of compassion, we reflect the very heart of this project — spreading light in small but meaningful ways. Please take a moment to read the guidelines below, and remember that every message, post, and story is an opportunity to encourage someone else.”

General Conduct:

  • Be kind. This project is built on hope, compassion, and unexpected connection. Bring that spirit into every interaction.
  • Be inclusive. Avoid political, controversial, or divisive commentary. The movement welcomes people from every walk of life.
  • Watch your words. Language should uplift, not alienate. Avoid content that could be seen as divisive, accusatory, or mean-spirited.
  • Keep it clean. Avoid profanity, vulgarity, or graphic content. Submissions should be appropriate for all audiences.

Storytelling Guidelines:

  • Tell the truth. Stories should be authentic. They don’t have to be dramatic, just real.
  • Share stories thoughtfully. When writing your story, avoid hate speech, graphic content, or anything that might cause distress to others.
  • Don’t overwhelm the gallery. Limit submissions to avoid flooding the story gallery with repetitive or identical stories.
  • Be honest in submissions. Don’t make up events or pose as someone else. This project depends on sincerity.
  • Submit ethically. Avoid submitting photos or stories involving strangers without their awareness or consent.

Respecting Privacy Guidelines:

  • Be mindful of placement. Only leave figurines in public areas where they’re unlikely to be seen as litter or cause damage.
  • Avoid natural habitats. Please don’t leave figurines in places where they could harm wildlife or become environmental hazards.
  • Respect religious and cultural spaces. Avoid leaving Tiny Jesus figurines in places where it may be viewed as intrusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.
  • Avoid monuments and government buildings. Do not leave figurines on or near war memorials, courthouses, or sensitive public installations.
  • Don’t over-saturate a location. Avoid placing multiple figurines in the same area or dropping in clusters. Help the project reach more people by spreading them out.

Brand and Material Usage:

  • No promotion or solicitation. This isn’t the place to promote businesses, services, religious organizations, or causes.
  • Use Tiny Jesus respectfully. Don’t alter the figurines or QR labels in ways that could change or confuse the message.
  • Use the materials as intended. QR labels, Tiny Jesus figurines, and messaging should remain intact and distributed in alignment with the project’s values.
  • Don’t alter QR codes. Tampering with or replacing QR labels may mislead others or compromise the experience.
  • Protect the brand. Please don’t recreate the logo, QR code, or project name without permission. See legal disclaimer.
  • Don’t sell or reproduce Tiny Jesus materials. Distribution is meant to be free and meaningful—not for profit. See legal disclaimer.
